I have a few photos accepted now

I've got three photos at BigStockPhoto, and one at Fotolia, plus a free one at Fotolia. I'm curious about how much I can make from the free photo. It appears that my photo is in a queue, and that it will appear for download for one day. I understand that if 300 downloaded are accrued, I'll have that photo added to the site. Otherwise, I guess the photo is deleted. But, they claim I'll receive fifty percent of any ad revenue generated that day. We'll see.

I haven't got any views yet, and no downloads. Obviously, that means no money earned yet.

I'm busy compiling a list of microstock sites for buyers and sellers of stock photos. I won't be listing all the sites, and I'll be concentrating on those that pay photographers. Any I list that don't pay will have a comment indicating that. The advantage being, photographers won't waste time there . . .

And so it begins . . .

I'll update this text with actual information about trying to sell photos to microstock websites pretty soon. Right now, it's time to get to bed!
